PRIVACY POLICY We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. DELIVERY POLICY We aim to complete all orders within 28 days. Weddings/Portraits: All large orders will be delivered by KCT Photography. All small orders will normally be despatched using Royal Mail. Schools/Nurseries: All orders received within the timeframe as stated on the order form will be delivered to the relevant school or nursery for you to collect. Any orders received after the timeframe stated on the order form will be delivered direct to the customers door by Royal Mail. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY Weddings: You may cancel your wedding at any time without penalty. However, you will not be refunded any payments made unless you have overpaid any monies before the required due date. Portraits: On ordering any products from portrait sittings you will be required to pay 50% of the order value at the time of ordering. The balance is due for payment on delivery. If the order is cancelled prior to delivery you will be charged any costs incurred. School/Nurseries: No refund will be payable for any orders placed unless the order has not yet been processed by KCT Photography in which case you will be entitled to a full refund less £10 administration charge. CLAIMS If you are unhappy with any product or service received you must notify us within 7 days of first becoming aware of a defect.. We will undertake to replace any defect product and/or deal with your complaint within 28 days without any charge. If you are not happy with our resolution you may be representation to the Master Photographers Association.
